Sen hoped Sword had got his message. It was hard to get messages to the other with so many watching over their every move like hawks. He sat in Kain's office, tapping a pen against the desk nervously.

He knew that Sword wouldn't be happy with recent events, but he truly thought he was doing the right thing.

Sen turned away from Sword then, folding his arms across his chest. "No! I just... Sometimes... I wish you'd let me in more... into your heart, your thoughts."

He let out a heavy sigh. "We're supposed to be lovers... yet, I feel like I'm nothing but a toy for you to pick up and put down when you feel like it."

"You are in my thoughts, Sen. Every fucking day. Why the hell do you think I get so damned angry every time you talk about Norman the way you do? Every time I see you with him? Did you ever think about that? About what it does to me?" Sword laughed bitterly and shook his, "You know what? Nevermind. I'm the big tough Shut call, right? Who would have thought that I could have feelings?" He finally stood and began walking towards the door. He tried so hard to ignore the pain, but failed miserably. He went to lean against the wall but faltered and slid to the ground.

"Perhaps you should try showing some of those emotions. You don't have to be an icy wall, not around me. You don't have to put on a tough front. I wouldn't think you were weak."

Despite having so much anger boiling inside of him, he was instantly at Sword's side when he hit the ground, snaking an arm around him for support.

"Sen...." He turned so his back was against the wall and clung to Sen's shirt, "I just.... I wish we weren't here. I wish we were on a beach somewhere. Maybe have a beach house. Away from all this drama... Away from Norman." He rested his forehead on Sen's chest as he clung to his shirt, "I can't take it anymore..."

He frowned a little, stroking Sword's hair softly. "One day.. we'll escape from here, we'll be together under the sun."

He held the man, feeling guilty for causing this pain. "Sword... Norman isn't the threat you see him as. He's my friend, yes, and I care for him. But... I started sleeping with him so you would pay me more attention."

Sword let out a small sob and just clung on to Sen. Everything catching up to him and he let himself seem small and vulnerable. His body shaking as he silently sobbed. "I don't want you to leave me..."

He knew he shouldn't but he couldn't help but chuckle soft. He stroked Sword's hair more. "You're the one who was walking to the door, baka."

He hooked his fingers under Sword's chin, tilting his face up, forcing the other to look at him. "I have no intentions of leaving you."

"Then why are you constantly with him? Why did you take over my job as shut call? Why did you almost kill me?" At this point Sword was just rambling, not really making any sense. He also stopped paying attention what he was saying.
