Who: Shuya ... and a new person! (Open!)
When: After lunchtime? Yeah.
Where: On duty in the rec room
What: I want Shuya to branch out. So he's gonna meet someone new.

It was going to be another one of those static days, Shuya could tell. He was on duty from lunch until lock-up in the recreation room, monitoring the behavior of the occupants. So far today, it seemed that nobody was in any kind of violent moods, and there had been nothing for him to have to break up. This didn't bother him, although the monotony of watching inmates glued to the TV was beginning to bore him considerably. The room was nearly empty now, though, and Shuya leaned himself against the wall, trying not to build up any improbable hopes that Sono would come visit him.

A short blonde entered the room, his long hair tied back in a braid whohung all the way to his buttocks. He was slightly tired, sleepy, but not able to sleep. He yawned as he sat down.

The guard saw blonde hair in the corner of his eye, and looked up in excitement. He felt foolish, however, when he saw that it wasn't the man he'd been hoping for. He looked at this inmate, whom he'd seen in passing, but still remained a stranger to him. Since it was unorthodox for a guard to converse openly with the prisoners, as always, Shuya averted his gaze, looking instead at the ground.

Nathaniel on the other hand, apparently did not know the rules of this prison. After all, he had never been in prison before. The small man looked around bored, before he looked at Shuya. "Hi! Im Nathaniel!"

Shuya looked up at the inmate with a raised eyebrow. "Nathaniel?" he asked, a little uncomfortable with being spoken to by a prisoner. Was he trying to trick him into something by distracting him? "...Good afternoon," he said nervously, not wanting to be impolite, while at the same time not wanting to reveal much information about himself.
