Thakory sat on his bunk and read. He needed to have a shower and he knew it. The problem was, he was afraid to go in there. He hated this kind of fear. He hadn't felt this way since he was 12. And he wanted the feeling gone. Always looking over your shoulder, afraid to go to sleep or bath in case some sexual predetor was near by. Maybe he would go during rec time. Sure the water would be cold, but he would rather be cold and safe, than warm and afraid. He sighed. He still needed to get his jewelry back before his piecrings healed over. Maybe he would ask Ash to bring him some studs. He figured studs would be a better idea than the rings he usually wore. Studs wear more difficult to grab onto and rip out. And one could never be too careful in this place.
