Rinoa had send Squall a 'survival box', he wasn't quite sure why she had done it - after all he had killed her lover and burned her house down - if the roles were reversed Squall doubted he'd been sending out gifts, but then Rinoa had never been a typical person, that's why Squall had fallen for her.
The box contained a number of items - some books, shower gel, strawberry shampoo, underwear, socks, a new sketch book, some cookies, a pack of soda cans, as well as a long letter written in girly handwriting complete with doodles and love hearts.
He grabbed a couple of cans and one packet of cookies, thinking of just the man who could do with some cheering up. He made his way quickly to Norman's cell, carrying the items.
