He huffed, causing his hair to float up, before dropping back into his eyes and folded his arms across his chest. "I can live with that. I'll just touch myself instead." He said, with a smirk, pushing lightly past Seifer to walk ahead of him.
His hips swayed almost femininely as he walked - mostly it was natural for his hips to have a slight sway - but maybe, just maybe he was exaggerating the action for Seifer's benefit.
