Seifer decided to take care of any eyes staring at Squall by making himself the main attraction. He already proved last night that he wasn't shy about his body and he certainly didn't seem to mind complete strangers staring at it. He soaped up his short hair first, delicately arcing his back to let the water fall on his body.

Maybe Seifer just liked attention in general. He certainly seemed to know some tricks to keep someone's eyes on him.
